AIC-PNW

Everything after the quote, connected to the quote.

AIC Terminal is the hub that owns jobs, users, and roles. Modules plug into it, and all of it stays tied to the JetBuilt project number.

Terminal's views are named for the shop floor: Tower is the owner's view, Ground Support is the technician's, Flight Plan is the schedule, Manifests is inventory. Sample data.

Where do your POs live after JetBuilt?

JetBuilt closes the quote. Then the build sheet gets retyped into whatever the shop already has: QuickBooks, a spreadsheet, D-Tools, POSIM, Timesheets. Terminal reads it once and keeps every downstream record on the same P-number.

Each one is its own switch. Turn it on and it reads the same jobs; turn it off and the charge stops at the next cycle.

Connected to the tools a shop already runs on.

JetBuilt is the source of truth. Terminal reads from it, and writes back only where you turn it on.

  • JetBuilt

Seven lifecycle stages, build sheets, project list, with the full API. Partner listing in progress.

    Source of truth
  • Google Calendar

The job schedule and crew assignments sync to the calendars techs already check.

    Schedule
  • Brady printers

Wire labels and part tags print straight from the allocated build sheet.

    Shop floor
  • Stripe

Every module is a Stripe product. Turn one off and the charge stops next cycle.

Roles

Admin, Sales, PM, Technician. Techs never see financial fields.

API

Request JetBuilt API setup

Start with the base system. Add apps as you grow.

One flat monthly price covers your first ten users. Grow five seats at a time, and switch apps on or off as the work changes.

Founding members, the first 20 companies, pay $199 a month for the base system, locked for 12 months. Founders also get direct access to the builders, a monthly roadmap call, and a say in what ships next.

Questions

Do I have to leave JetBuilt?
No. JetBuilt stays the source of truth for quotes and stages. Terminal connects to it.
What if we have more than 10 users?
Add users in blocks of five for $99 a month each. Fifteen users is $398 a month, twenty is $497.
Can my techs see pricing?
Only if you give them a role that allows it. Technicians never see financial fields by default.
Can we run it on our own server?
Yes. Morgan Sound runs it on-premises behind allow-listed remote access.
What happens if I turn a module off?
The charge stops at the next billing cycle. Your data stays; the module locks until you turn it back on.
What does the walkthrough need from me?
Thirty minutes and an exported JetBuilt project list. No setup, no API key yet.
